Finance & Payroll Administrator (Office Based)

This role will require you to provide timely, accurate and reliable information to influence reporting and decision making within the business. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller (FC) & Payroll Manager (PM).
Key Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering data into accounting software, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
• Data Entry: Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents promptly and accurately. Verify and cross-check information to maintain data integrity.
• Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements by collecting, analysing, and summarizing financial data. Identify trends, variances, and discrepancies for further investigation.
• Expense Management: Monitor and reconcile expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines. Communicate with staff to clarify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support Audits: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and support to Financial Controller
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing, correspondence, and other tasks as needed.
• Payroll Data Processing: Administrating monthly payroll payment for vast number of employees (Inc. tally, Inter.co, Journals)
• Assist FC & PM with monthly, quarterly & year end closing.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Attained a relevant degree within the Accounting & Finance field or 2 years minimum.
Skills required:
• A good understanding any of Sage 50 Accounts, Xero, Payroll, Tally, Odoo and Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel).
• An excellent English communicator who can produce clear, well-structured verbal and written correspondence.
• Works in a systematic and orderly manner; reliable and keeps good time.
• Be confident, flexible and have a genuine `can do` attitude.
• Follows instructions to achieve set objectives, as well as department goals and deadlines & priorities own workload accordingly.
• Team player and open to share responsibilities.
• Self-driven and work well with minimum supervision.
Salary and Hours:
Monthly salary AED 3,000-4,500
44 hours a week, Mon-Saturday
