Strong experience with Windows OS (7, 10, 11), Microsoft 365 applications, BitLocker, and user profile administration
Ability to work across IT operations and development teams to resolve application-related issues.
Track record of reducing ticket backlogs and improving first-contact resolution rates
I’ve also contributed to new system deployments, hardware imaging, profile setup, and incident resolution aligned with strict SLAs. My approach is simple—listen to the issue, act quickly, and ensure the user is back up and running with as little disruption as possible.
