growth, operational efficiency, and premium customer experiences across multiple luxury
brands in the UAE. Currently working Regional Aftersales for GM Cadillac in the Southern
Emirates in Al Ghand Auto, I oversee service, parts, warranty, body shop, and insurance
operations, focusing on delivering excellence in customer service and operational
performance.
In my current role, I lead Service reception and workshop staffs coaching specially service
advisors, structured upsell programs, and KPI-driven team management to optimize parts
and labor sales. My expertise spans multi-brand operations, digital transformation
initiatives, and building high-performing multilingual teams, leveraging advanced
dealership management systems such as Incadea and Kerridge DMS.
Previously, I managed end-to-end aftersales operations for Cadillac, GMC, Chevrolet, Fiat,
SsangYong, and Proton, aligning operations with manufacturer standards while adapting
to local market requirements. I have also managed warranty administration and service
advisory operations across four emirates, developing high-performing teams and
enhancing customer relationships, and have earned multiple General Motors Gold Awards
and regional recognition for excellence in service.
