Rate & Agreement’s T&Cs;

A supplement of AED 500 per 30 nights will be applicable for double occupancy rooms.
The stated rates are inclusive of all the taxes, fees and Tourism Dirham(TD).
Long stay rates are always dynamic and subject to change without prior notice.
Pre-payment is required for the entire contracted period. For two months and above, we require the first month full payment in advance plus 25% of the remaining amount for following months contracted. Remaining 75% of the following months rate, to be paid at the beginning of every month.
Security deposit of AED 500 which us refundable upon check out is applicable for one month’s bookings.
Security deposit of half month’s rent is applicable for bookings more than one month.
In case of early termination of the contract, one month’s rent + security deposit is non-refundable.

Inclusive of Coffee & Tea amenities & Bathroom amenities replenished once a week.
Includes free self-parking for one car (terms & conditions as per hotel policy).

Valet parking is not included and is available as paid service

Special supplement of AED 50 per adult (6 years and above) per day is applicable for breakfast in Hessa Street Kitchen (optional).
Continental breakfast available in Hessa Street Kitchen Restaurant upon request at AED 35 per person per day (optional).
Children aged between 0 – 5.99 years old will dine complimentary with guest paying breakfast buffet supplement.
Complimentary self-laundry facilities are available at Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills.
Complimentary usage of common kitchenette located on the 3rd Floor.
Guests can enjoy a 20% discount on room service orders and a 25% discount at all Food & Beverage outlets within Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills. Please note that these discounts are not applicable in conjunction with other promotions.
