Our bright, spacious, stylishly furnished apartment has the best location in Dubai.

The internal walkway connected directly to Dubai Mall means there's no need to ever step outside for groceries or shopping from the world's top brands!

You are also right next door to the swanky Address Hotel (and all its amenities - 24 hour coffee shop etc) and there's the popular Downtown Kitchens Food Hall at your doorstep with tonnes of cafes and restaurant options literally at your doorstep! The living room also has a one person sofabed for any extra guests. It is a single bed size (120cm x 200cm) and sleeps 1 person. The sofabed is easily operated and can be opened and closed easily in minutes! Extra Beddings and Linens are provided with plenty of pillows to ensure a comfortable nights sleep for everyone.

It is a double bed size (145cm x 200cm) and sleeps 2 persons. The sofabed is easily operated and can be opened and closed easily in minutes! Plenty of extra beddings and our team will set it all up for you!

Other things to note
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports 24 hours before check-in date to be registered with Dubai Tourism and also the Building Security System.

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

• AED 200 will be charged for late check-out and is subject to availability.

•The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your checkout - replacement of lost or damaged access cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

NOTE: Please DO NOT smoke inside! Any evidence of smoking inside the apartment will result in a penalty fee of AED 3500 for professional odor removal, AC Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning and sanitation.
