Our bright, spacious, stylishly furnished apartment has the best location in Dubai.

The Lofts East is just a 5 min walk from Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the Fountains! Being on the Boulevard, it's great access for groceries or shopping from the world's top brands!

Located on the 16th floor, the apartment has a recently renovated spacious and luxuriously furnished living room, a cute outdoor balcony, a cozy bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen/dining area.

Access to a large pool and a top-class gym provides our guests with excellent amenities during their stay. There is also a kids play area that may be used by guests if required.

Come relax into the cosy living room, after a long day out. You can chill on the comfy sofa, while you read a book, or watch your favorite movie on the 55-inch smart TV (Netflix is hooked up so you don't miss out on your favourite shows!).

The Living room also has a very comfortable sofabed for any extra guests. It opens up to a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and sleeps 2 persons comfortably (photo added).

Extra Beddings and Linens are provided with plenty of pillows to ensure a comfortable nights sleep for everyone.

The living room also contains:
-Big 55" smart TV (with Netflix subscription).
-Blackout blinds throughout (for a comfortable sleep) along with sheer curtains for daytime privacy.
-An Kitchen Bar Counter which double as an extra dedicated workspace or seating area as required.

Early Check-In: AED 100 per hour (subject to availability).

Late Check-Out: AED 100 per hour (maximum 2 hours, subject to availability)

Check-In Outside Standard Hours (10:00 PM – 9:00 AM): AED 100

Please return access cards in good condition upon checkout. Replacement of lost or damaged cards will be charged AED 500 per card.

No smoking inside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3,500 for professional odor removal, AC duct cleaning, furniture cleaning, and sanitation.
