No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment — an AED 2,000 penalty applies for violations.

Lost Keys or Access Cards:

No Parties or Loud Noise:

Registered Guests Only:
The apartment is reserved for the number of guests listed in your booking. Kindly inform us in advance if you expect visitors. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

Parking:
Secure parking is available within the building premises. Please use designated parking spaces and follow building parking guidelines.

Housekeeping:
The apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee — please notify us beforehand.
