Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in for registration with Dubai Tourism and the Building Security System.

Standard Check-In: 3:00 PM | Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early Check-In: AED 100 per hour (subject to availability).

Late Check-Out: AED 100 per hour (maximum 2 hours, subject to availability)

Check-In Outside Standard Hours (10:00 PM – 9:00 AM): AED 100

Please return access cards in good condition upon checkout. Replacement of lost or damaged cards will be charged AED 500 per card.

Kids Club Access:
Access to the Kids Club area is complimentary for the first one (1) hour.
Any extended use beyond one hour will be charged at AED 55 per hour.

Swimming Pool Usage:
Pool access is limited to the registered number of guests only.
For one-bedroom units, a maximum of 2 guests are allowed.
Additional guests, if permitted, will be chargeable.

No smoking inside the apartment. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3,500 for professional odor removal, AC duct cleaning, furniture cleaning, and sanitation.
