No Parties or Loud Noise:
Jewels Tower 1 is a family-friendly and residential community. Please avoid loud music or gatherings, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM), to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.

Registered Guests Only:
The apartment is reserved for the number of guests listed in your booking. Kindly inform us in advance if you expect visitors. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

Parking:
Secure parking is available within the building premises. Please use designated parking spaces and follow building guidelines.

Housekeeping:
The apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee — please notify us beforehand.
