Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of AED 2,000 is required upon arrival and collected in cash. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash at check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. 

House Rules & Important Policies:
  • No smoking inside the apartment, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha, or vapes. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a penalty of AED 2,000.
  • Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
  • Guests are kindly requested to respect the property and be considerate towards neighbours at all times.

Check-In & Check-Out:
  • Check-in time: Between 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out must be pre-arranged and may incur additional charges. Delays exceeding 3 hours will be charged as a full night stay.

Additional Information:
  • In-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
  • Original passport or GCC ID is required at check-in for verification.
  • Late Check-In Fee: AED 150 applies beyond standard hours to cover on-site assistance and key handover.
