Late Check-out:
Late check-out until 1:00 PM may be available subject to availability. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for later departures.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon arrival.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A penalty of AED 2,000 applies for any violation.

Lost Keys or Access Cards:
A replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged for any lost or damaged keys, access cards, or remotes.

No Parties or Loud Noise:
Skyz by Danube is a residential, family-friendly building. Please avoid loud music or gatherings, particularly during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

Registered Guests Only:
The apartment is reserved exclusively for the number of guests confirmed in the booking. Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to receive visitors. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted.

Parking:
Designated parking is available within the building. Guests are requested to follow all building parking rules and signage.

Housekeeping:
The apartment is professionally cleaned before check-in. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
