• A dedicated Guest Relations Executive to assist the guest during the entire stay.
• Utility bills, DTCM fee & VAT 5% Tax will be charged extra.

Terms:
• We will collect the full amount upon confirmation of the reservation.
• Payments are subject to a 4.8% processing fee if made via VISA or MasterCard.
• If payment is via international bank transfer, please add AED 50 on top of the total amount due to the rate conversion difference. Please note all bank charges from international transfers charged by both sender’s bank and the beneficiary bank will be shouldered by the guest.
• A refundable security deposit will be collected from the guest at check-in under Vayaliving Vacation Homes. The deposit will be refunded within seven (7) working days after the end of the stay, no damage or stain is identified during checkout inspection and will not be refunded upon any signs of smoking inside the property. In the event of damage to the property, the deposit may be partially or fully retained to cover repair costs.
•Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable.
•Utilities included up to a specified limit.
