Terms:
 • We will collect the full amount upon confirmation of the reservation. 
 • Payments are subject to a 4.8% processing fee if made via VISA or MasterCard. 
 • If payment is via international bank transfer, please add AED 50 on top of the total amount due to the rate conversion difference. Please note all bank charges from international transfers charged by both sender’s bank and the beneficiary bank will be shouldered by the guest. 
 • A refundable security deposit will be collected from the guest at check-in by Vayaliving Vacation Homes. The deposit will be returned within seven (7) working days after the end of the stay, provided no damage or stains are identified during the checkout inspection. The deposit will not be refunded if there is any evidence of smoking inside the property. In the event of damage, the deposit may be partially or fully withheld to cover repair or replacement costs.
 •Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable.

 •Published rate valid only during the Ramadan period.
