Feel at home and some piece of mind when staying in our spacious and fully furnished bedroom in in Umm Suqeim3

The house is located in right behind Burj Al Arab. 15 mins walking to Madinat Jumeirah and Jumeirah beach. The area is quiet and it is lovely for walking or riding a bike if you like to stay active. You can get to Mall of the Emirates in less than 10 mins by car. Jumeirah beach road is less than 5 mins walking where you can access the entire Jumeirah from there.

Inside the house:
- There is a cozy living areas, one downstairs with smart TV & entertainment and the other is upstairs for reading or for having some quite me-time.
- Beautiful massive kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice warm meal.
- Dining area to enjoy your cooked meals and catchup on some convos with your home fellows.
- A pleasing workstation area to feel productive and inspired.
- A lovely balcony with Burj Al Arab view to enjoy a nice breakfast or to chill in the evening.

The room includes everything you might need to feel comfortable and relaxed. It's tastefully designed, it has a desk for productivity, a big wardrobe space, a private bathroom, and more.

The Flatmates and House Vibe:
There's a mix of nationalities and everyone’s friendly/open minded. Privacy is always respected. Occasionally there’s movie nights and dinner gatherings, but overall the vibe is quiet, relaxed, and homey.
