There are two Europeans in the apartment, so with you would be total 3, each person having its own master room with separate bathroom and balcony.

The room is a big master room with a queen-size bed, 50" tv, work desk/chair, balcony with view, built-in wardrobes, lots of storage, AC controls inside the room. The bathroom is en-suite, inside the room.

The apartment is a quiet home. It is big, fully and very nicely furnished. A regular home, with living and dining room, kitchen, balconies, not crowded or partitioned.
Parking can be optionally arranged.

Exact LOCATION is marked on the map within this ad. Please check the location to make sure it suits you.
The building is 12 min away from metro if you walk, 4 min by e-scooter, close to the JBR beach (6 min walk). Easy access and exit to SZR with minimum traffic.

All bills are included. 30 days leave notice is required.
