Just to clarify, this isn’t a rental apartment where rooms are leased individually. Three of us currently live here, and one flatmate is moving out.

We’re looking for someone who intends to stay long-term. If you’re only looking for a short stay, this won’t be a suitable option.

The apartment has a beautiful Palm view, which you’ll get to enjoy every day.

Although the tenancy is on a yearly contract, we split and pay the rent monthly, along with DEWA, WiFi, and chiller charges.
