Things to note:
- PLEASE REACH OUT ON WhatsApp for any addl. information or images!
- Just 1 flatmate (i.e) me. I prefer a working professional or a student who'd like to stay in the UAE year around essentially. Male or Female is fine, preferably Buddhist/non-religious but any is okay.
- There's separate queen size beds, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It's a sofa bed in the living room, I'm set up there already. You can take over the bedroom bed when you move in.
- Water and electricity are paid for by the landlord but it comes with a reasonable limit
- The place has a 1Gbps unlimited Du WiFi connection that's also included in the rent. Free access to a solid gym, clean and cute swimming pool, sauna, etc.
- 1 car park included and my current flatmate will check out and take their car away on June 17
- We got two separate TVs and desk setups too.
- Bedroom is lockable with keys for privacy and zone separation whenever required. I only need access to the shared wardrobe and shower when convenient for the roommate :3 Otherwise I got everything I need outside.
- Drinking water is bought by the bottle, 6-packs cost less than 4 bucks and 2 will last a week for 2
- Food shall be cooked by ourselves or you may subscribe to a meal plan. I am a serious cook so my services are available as well but you can tag in at any time. I make balanced meals and stick to a set menu, order in once or twice a week. You can do your own thing or collab, I got enough hardware for both
- You get access to my gaming consoles as well as my entertainment subscription that gets you any TV show, anime, or movie that exists in the market
- Smoking is not allowed in the premises. I don't smoke or drink but you are welcome to drink at your discretion
- Caution deposit contribution will be 2000 🤝
