A 1 BHK apartment, with two toilets, in a new building near Karama park roundabout
One small room with bath attached, is available for temporary rent (till October 20, 2026, but likley to be extended to December 31, 2026). For South Indians only

Room can be given to the following categories:

i. A single regular time working lady (preferably from South India)

ii. Two ladies from same family

Room is with attached bathroom, full height cupboard, access to balcony through glass window, a smart tv, a small table, a small single door fridge. Burj Khalifa view and Dubai Frame view , from room window, from kitchen window and also from huge baclony

Total number of persons in the apartment is just one, i.e myself

A good size kitchen, with central cooking gas supply. Kitchen is with washing machine, microwave, kettle, cupboards etc.

All expenses (like the full bill of DEWA, cooking gas) is to be shared equally. Additional rent of Dh 800 is to be paid if room is occupied by 2 ladies of the same family

Agents not to try to approach

Advance Dh 500. Depsoit AED 1,200 ( to be refunded on vacating the room, after adjusting dues if any). In addition, full month's rent is to be paid prior to taking the room

Building is near Sangeeetha Restaurant, Karama park roundabout ( Lulu backside). Building is for families only , with security camera
