I am looking for a flatmate to share my studio.

• A clean person with good personal hygiene and attitude.
• This arrangement is based on mutual respect and responsibility, not only on money.
• Morning shift workers only.
• All bills are included in the price.
• The studio is quiet, well‑maintained, and organized.
• Weekly professional cleaning is included; however, daily cleanliness is required.
You must clean after cooking, eating, and using the bathroom.
• Queen‑size bed.
• AED 1,000 refundable deposit.

Amenities:
• Bus station in front of the building.
• 10 minutes’ walk to Discovery Gardens Metro Station.
• Gym.
• Swimming pool.
• Free parking available around the building.

House Rules:
