By staying at our apartment, you are consenting to all things mentioned below, therefore we suggest that you read it all thoroughly before continuing your stay with us:

- Strictly non smoking (If found smoking inside you will be evicted and rent or deposit will not be refunded)
- Dirty dishes left in the kitchen will be disposed
- No cooking or reheating pungent/ strong smelling food
- Quiet time 11pm -7 am ( includes heavy cooking or running hair dryers / washing machine)
- Scooters and Pets not allowed
- Guests are not allowed in the common area at all & inside your room after 11pm

Please note that in case of *fighting, drinking/ smoking in the common area, screaming shouting, and non-payment of rent by 5th of the month, the landlord reserves the right to evict the tenant, remove the tenants belongings from the apartments & change the locks on the room* in such case, the tenant will have no right to claim any lost property, and the landlord will not reimburse the tenant for any loses.

Rent is non refundable

Deposit is refundable when notice of vacating is provided maximum on the 15th of the month
