The penthouse is a spacious 550 m² duplex located in the Marina area, just a 1-minute walk from the tram.
It spans two floors and includes 6 bedrooms, 2 balconies with incredible views and 2 living rooms.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with 4 fridges and plenty of storage space.

Flatmates are a mix of respectful professionals, mainly French.

A cleaner comes 3 times a week to maintain the common areas and once every two weeks for the private rooms.
The internet is excellent, with many routers providing high-speed coverage throughout the apartment.

The atmosphere in the penthouse is very warm and welcoming—more like a family home than a typical shared flat.

We also have 2 washing machines and w dishwasher and a large TV in the living room. The living room even has a pool table!

The building features a spacious, well-equipped gym with a wide range of machines and a semi-indoor pool.

There are also plenty of 24-hour shops around and the tranway station is just 1 minute away
