* All extras/utilities included: DEWA, chiller, internet, weekly cleaning service, bottled water delivery, Netflix, Amazon Prime subscriptions

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Can be short term rental but minimum is 6 months.
* There is one lovely cat.

ME:
* Single, professional female from USA.
* I wake up at 5:30 am to get ready for work and go to bed around 10 pm.

YOU:
* Professional, female, non-smoker, Westerners only.
* Must be respectful of my work hours, i.e. quiet during the week.
* No overnight guests without prior approval.

CONSIDERATIONS:
3 months rent paid in advance, 1 month notice for moving out, no smoking/vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony, deposit returned if no damages to furniture, appliances, or apartment after move-out is complete.
