-Cleaning of the room once a week
-Cleaning of the common area 3 times a week (u must also keep everything clean by yourself in general)
-Princess tower has amazing lounge with amazing views of nearly all dubai from 97th floor lounge
-I live there and I know all the flatmates.
-3 people in the apartment, Only 1 person per each room
-I have extra parking
