* Rate is inclusive of all taxes and subject to 300 AED Tourism Dirhams Fee
* Rate inclusive of 2x cleaning per week (2x full service & 1 time linen change)
* Requires payment Monthly/Quarterly basis in advance - via bank transfer or cash/card with 3 Months advance rent to guarantee the booking.
* Require cash deposit of AED 3000 (refundable upon check out)

* Should the guest wishes to cancel the rental agreement and if completed only below 6 months /180 nights, 1-month penalty fee will be applied with a 2 Months notice period & a 2-Month penalty with a 1 Month Notice period
