Access & Commute
Commute times by car : From Sway Residence, it takes approximately 20 minutes to Downtown Dubai, 15 minutes to Mall of the Emirates, 18 minutes to Dubai Marina, and 20 minutes to Palm Jumeirah.
Airport proximity : Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 25 minutes by car, while the new Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) is about 30 minutes’ drive.
We provide hospitality service to our guests , upon check-in. We shall provide one contact number where guests can reach us throughout their stay.

House Rules & Terms of Stay:
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is between 3 PM and 8 PM. Check-out is by noon. If you require an early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability), a fee of AED 350 will apply.
2. Identification: As per the requirements of the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), the following identification documents are required for registration:
-For international guests: A clear copy of your passport with signature.
-For GCC guests: A clear copy of your Emirates ID (front and back). Please make sure not to cover any of the faces on the EID.
Additionally, WhatsApp mobile numbers and email addresses are required for efficient registration. Please provide this information at least 7 days before your arrival to ensure a smooth and quick check-in process.
3. Property Care: You are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property during your stay and return it in the same condition as when you arrived. Any costs associated with uncleanliness, damage, or neglect caused by you or your actions will be charged accordingly.
4. Waste Disposal: Dispose of all waste responsibly. Do not leave trash for extended periods to avoid attracting pests.
5. Damage Responsibility: You are responsible for any property damage or loss resulting from your actions, negligence, or carelessness. This includes any deliberate or reckless behavior that leads to damage to the property, furniture, appliances, or other belongings inside the property.
6. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of AED 500 will be imposed if this rule is violated. Shisha smoking is also prohibited.
7 No Parties: Parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please respect the peace of the property and neighbors.
8. No Pets: For the comfort and safety of all guests, no pets are allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
9. No BBQ: Barbeques are strictly forbidden inside the property or on the balcony. A fine of AED 1000 will be charged for violations, along with immediate eviction from the property. Some buildings may have designated BBQ areas—please check with building management for more information.
10. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property management against any claims for personal injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during your stay. We recommend securing your possessions, as the property insurance does not cover loss or damage to guests’ items.
