Upscale 1BD Luxury Stay at Hyde Walk by Imtiaz

Hello) Thank you for booking my apartment.
Would like to bring your attention to our apartment rules:

1. Check-In Procedures:
- Self-check-ins are available from 6 pm to 9 am.
- Virtual support via Whats App / Call for assistance.
- Guests must download instructional videos shared by admin.

2. Guest Information:
- Passport copies of all guests required for UAE law compliance.
- Copies will be submitted to DTCM system and building security.

3. Smoking Policy:
- Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment.
- $500 fine for smoking indoors; smoking allowed only on the balcony.

4. Lost Keys/Cards:
- Replacement charges for lost items: $29 for key, $137 for card /remote.
- Charges include item cost and staff time for replacement.

5. Pet Policy:
- No pets allowed; violation leads to reservation cancellation with no refund.

6. Damage Charges:
- Deposit charged for any damage, based on maintenance company bill.
- Charges incurred only if damage occurs, no pre-authorization.

7. Cleaning/Towel Service:
- Towel/linen extra set provided upon request.
- Cleaning during stay is provided on prior booking and additional cost.

8. Check-In/Out Details:
- Check-in time after 14:00hrs, checkout is at 11:00hrs
- Guest responsible for providing correct details for a smooth check-in.

9. Noise Regulations:
- No loud music/noise after 22:00hrs, per community rules and UAE law.
- Guests are to report neighbour noise to security; and handle emergencies responsibly.

10. Emergency Requests:
- Additional charge for lost keys and emergency representative visit up to 150aed + key replacement cost.

11. Complimentary Supplies:
- Hand soaps, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper provided.
- Start-up washing liquid, laundry detergent, and garbage bags for initial use.
- Guests are responsible for replenishing items during their stay.
