• Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment.
• Any additional visitors must be approved in advance.
🚭 Smoking
• Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment.4000 AED fine
• Smoking is only permitted on the balcony with the door closed.
🎉 Noise & Behavior
• No parties, loud gatherings, or events.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (building rule).
• Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
🪪 ID & Registration
• All guests must submit passport or Emirates ID copies before arrival for DTCM registration (mandatory by Dubai Tourism).
• No check-in is possible without completing guest identity registration.
💰 Security Deposit
• A refundable security deposit is required before arrival.
• Any damages, missing items, or breach of rules may be deducted as per policy.

• Please keep the apartment tidy and dispose of garbage properly.
• Any heavy stains or excessive dirt may result in an additional cleaning fee.
🔑 Keys & Access
• Lost keys/access cards will incur a replacement fee.

• Gym access is paid and controlled by building management.

• Towels are not allowed to be taken to the pool/beach.
