💳 Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of AED 1,000 is required upon arrival.

🚭 No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment — AED 2,000 penalty applies for violations.

🔑 Lost Keys or Access Cards:
A replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged for any lost or damaged keys, access cards, or remotes.

🔇 No Parties or Loud Noise:
The Pearl House 1 is family-friendly environment. Please avoid loud music or gatherings, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM), to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

👥 Registered Guests Only:
The apartment is reserved for the number of guests listed in your booking. Please inform us in advance if you expect any visitors. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

🅿️ Parking:
Secure parking is available within the Building premises. Please use only designated parking areas and follow Building parking policies.

🧹 Housekeeping:
The apartment will be professionally cleaned and prepared before your arrival. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee — please notify us in advance.
