⏳ Late Check-out:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment — AED 2,000 penalty applies for violations.

🔑 Lost Keys or Access Cards:
A replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged for any lost or damaged keys, access cards, or remotes.

The Pearl House 3 is family-friendly environment. Please avoid loud music or gatherings, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM), to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
