Payment Details:
• Rent: Fixed and final
• Security Deposit: Equivalent to 2 months' rent
• Contract Period: Minimum 3 years
• 2nd Year Rent Increase: 5%
• 3rd Year Rent Increase: 10%
• Admin Fee (including Ejari): AED 2,000 + VAT
• Commission: 10% of annual rent + VAT

Fit-Out Charges:
• Admin Fee: AED 1,050 (current-dated cheque)
• Fit-Out Security Deposit: AED 20,000 (undated cheque)
