PAYMENTS: Flexible payments (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually & annually) plus 2 months deposit based on an annual lease agreement. Should you decide to opt to make payments other than the annual installment, please ensure to provide the necessary post-dated checks.
o Office Restoration Charges – These are charges levied on the gross office area upon exit from your workplace. These pertain to the cost involved to restore the office to its original condition. Charges will be at AED 6/sqft. (This will be waived however if any damages happen during the leased period, then the pertinent charges will apply)
PARKING – Cluster P Parking- AED 880 plus VAT per month with a minimum term of 6 months with AED 500 refundable deposit. There is no dedicated spot allotted and you will have a free hand to park on any bay once we hand over the card to you. In case of lost, damaged or demagnetized card, the replacement card will be chargeable at AED 420 plus VAT and may take up to 7-10 working days. Payment will be collected along with your monthly invoices.
