Description
The Jeanneau 36i touches a lot of bases, with its fractional rig, gentle sheer, and low-slung coach roof, it’s a classic example of a performance cruiser. Easy to sail it is a natural size for the weekend social sailor, but with a lively hull that has good. Under engine, the 29hp Yanmar will push this boat to 7.9 knots flat out, an easy 7-knot cruise.
Down below, the 36i is very nicely appointed. There are two cabins, one forward and one aft, with generous double bunks. The central saloon has a wraparound settee a
movable navigation table that slides forward and over the settee when needed. The L-shaped galley is at the foot of the companionway, to starboard, and the head and shower just opposite.
