Regal 2250 Cuddy Cabin 2012
Bought for 85k plus 5k in fees
Bought and left at the marina for a while as I bought it as a side thing but having a boat means you need to use it and I’m 6 out of 12 months out of the country.

Nice boat with even a cabin, a bed, a toilet under it, not huge but really nice.

Can give you the marina parking as well, probably have the cheapest spot in Dubai.
