So, what will you actually doing?
A sales managers’s daily list of tasks is long and varied.
• Organises, plans and manages work processes and operations
• Manages the execution of the strategic goals of the company
• Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Proposes plans and programs of activities for the upcoming period
• Analyzes the results and takes measures for their improvement
• Reporting sales, revenues, expenses and realistic forecasts to the management
• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
• Responsible for the annual budget, the costs and the cash flows
• Responsible for the legal operations of the company
• Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Logistic- organization of the work of the warehouse and monitoring the execution of tasks, organization of work of courier services and monitoring of the execution of tasks
• Procurement- Procurement of goods from the headquarters and direct from the suppliers from Europe, securing a constant and stable lager
• Marketing
• Bookkeeping - cooperation with a bookkeeping agency
