Key Responsibilities
Understand clients' travel requirements, including destination, travel dates, budget, preferences, and special requests.
Recommend suitable flights, hotels, tours, transfers, cruises, and holiday packages.
Prepare competitive quotations and customized travel itineraries.
Make and manage reservations using Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, and supplier portals.
Issue, reissue, amend, and cancel tickets and travel services.
Handle refunds, date changes, cancellations, and booking modifications.
Advise clients on visa requirements, passport validity, travel insurance, entry requirements, and destination information.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators, transport providers, and other suppliers.
Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate booking records.
Monitor bookings and provide timely updates regarding schedule changes or disruptions.
Resolve travel-related issues before and during the customer's trip.
Build strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Upsell flights, upgrades, transfers, insurance, excursions, and other travel services.
Follow up on enquiries and quotations to maximize conversion.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, visa requirements, and destination information.
Assist customers with visa applications, visa typing, and application submission requirements.
This is a shift-based position, and the candidate must be willing to work according to the company's assigned shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
