Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Build positive relationships by providing personalized and attentive service.

Maintain accurate guest records, appointments, and reservations.
Provide clear information about available facilities, services, and amenities.
Resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure reception and guest areas remain clean, organized, and inviting.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualifications are an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
