The Role
We are looking for a creative, curious and highly energetic Social Media Content Creator to bring the Rahhalah experience to life across our social media channels.
You will be responsible for capturing the brand image and tone from our journeys and transforming them into compelling content that inspires people to travel differently, explore more deeply and become part of the Rahhalah community. This includes some of our own footage, some created footage from scratch and some use AI as well.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media culture and has a natural eye for storytelling.
What You’ll Do
• Create engaging Reels, Stories, posts and short-form videos for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Tell stories around our travelers, destinations, guides, experiences and the Rahhalah community.
• Identify authentic moments and turn them into compelling content.
• Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with the Rahhalah brand.
• Edit short-form videos and photos for social media.
• Write engaging captions and social copy in the Rahhalah tone of voice.
• Help plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, sounds and emerging content styles.
• Repurpose existing content creatively across different platforms.
• Work closely with the team to understand upcoming trips, campaigns and priorities.
• Monitor engagement and use insights to improve future content.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
• Has a strong eye for visual storytelling and composition.
• Loves photography, videography and creating short-form content.
• Understands what makes people stop scrolling.
• Can edit videos independently
• Has a good understanding of Instagram, Reels and Stories.
• Can write naturally and creatively for social media.
• Is curious, proactive and full of ideas.
• Is comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Understands that great travel content is about people and experiences—not just beautiful places.
• Is genuinely passionate about travel, adventure, nature, culture and human connection.
• We are not interested in candidates who think this is about a limited or capped number of posts and stories. We do what is needed when needed.

Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio or examples of previous social media work are more important than formal qualifications.
• Experience in travel, adventure, lifestyle, hospitality or outdoor content is a plus.
