Job Details
We are hiring a Travel Consultant with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in a shift-based schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, visas, and holiday packages.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in person professionally.
• Make reservations using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Issue tickets, vouchers, and invoices accurately.
• Manage amendments, cancellations, and refunds according to company and airline policies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business.
• Stay updated on travel trends, airline rules, and industry regulations.
• Work efficiently in shift-based schedules as required by the company.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of GDS systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shift-based duties.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
