We are an adventure and expedition-focused startup travel agency specializing in immersive expeditions across Central Asia, Nepal, India, and beyond, as well as bespoke inbound UAE experiences and worldwide holiday packages.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven Travel Consultant (1–2 years experience) based in the UAE to handle end-to-end inbound and outbound inquiries. This role offers an initial remote working setup, a base package with an attractive sales commission structure, and the opportunity to grow rapidly alongside an agile startup team.

Key Responsibilities
Itinerary Design & Costing: Craft, price, and sell customized outbound holiday packages and specialized expeditions (Central Asia, Nepal, India, and other global destinations), as well as premium UAE inbound tours.

Supplier & Partner Coordination: Liaise with global Destination Management Companies (DMCs), local ground operators, and UAE-based B2B partners for seamless booking execution.

Ticketing & Visa Facilitation: Coordinate air ticketing, travel insurance, and tourist visa processing through trusted local B2B channels.

Client Relationship Management: Manage incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email from initial inquiry through to post-trip feedback.

Sales & Revenue Generation: Actively convert leads into confirmed bookings, achieving monthly sales targets and maximizing package margins.

Added advantage of social media management to advertise and market the presence of the organization.

Requirements & Qualifications
1 to 2 years of proven UAE experience as a Travel Consultant / Outbound Tour Specialist. (Freshers need not apply).

B2B Network: Prior experience working with UAE-based B2B portals for air ticketing, hotel consolidators, and visa processing.

Destination Familiarity: Sound knowledge of global leisure destinations. Prior exposure to or passion for expedition travel, trekking, or adventure destinations (Central Asia, Nepal, India) is a significant advantage.

Communication Skills: Professional, persuasive verbal and written English communication skills. Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi) are a plus.

Startup Agility: Self-starter mindset capable of working autonomously in a remote setup with high accountability and attention to detail.

Visa Status: Candidates must currently reside in the UAE (candidates on own visa/spouse visa/freelance visa preferred for immediate onboarding).
