Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Air Ticketing Agent to handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, cancellations, and changes while providing excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle flight bookings, reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations.
Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, routes, and travel requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding airline policies, baggage allowances, and ticket conditions.
Process refunds, changes, and cancellations in accordance with airline policies.
Compare available fares and recommend the most suitable options to customers.
Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
Coordinate with airlines and travel suppliers when required.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues promptly.
Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

Previous experience in air ticketing or a travel agency is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of international and domestic flight routes and fare rules.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
