Receptionist & Studio Marketing Coordinator
(Full-Time)
Kamten Studios is a new boutique movement, wellness and enrichment studio located in Al Furjan, Dubai, seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive individual to support daily operations, customer service, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Administration
• Welcome clients, instructors, and visitors
• Manage bookings, schedules, and attendance records
• Handle WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media enquiries
• Support instructors and studio partners during sessions
• Maintain a professional and welcoming studio environment
Marketing & Social Media
• Create and post Instagram stories and content regularly
• Capture photos and videos of classes, workshops, and studio activities
• Assist with social media campaigns and promotions
• Respond to social media messages and enquiries
• Support local marketing initiatives and community outreach
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and workshops
Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Capcut and social media platforms
• Basic marketing and content creation experience preferred
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where responsibilities may evolve
Flexibility Requirements
As a startup business, flexibility is essential.
The successful candidate must be willing to:
• Work split shifts / break shifts when required
• Adapt to changing schedules during the launch period
• Accommodate varying weekly off-days as operational needs evolve
• Support occasional evening and weekend activities
Preferred Languages
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil, Tagalog, or Russian are an advantage
