We’re looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead on-site teams, ensure client satisfaction, and uphold safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily site operations
Liaise with clients and management
Monitor performance and report incidents
Ensure guards are trained per site requirements
Oversee HSE and admin duties
Maintain quality and safety compliance
Requirements:
✔️ Min. 5 years in security
✔️ Higher Secondary Education
✔️ SIRA Supervisor License
✔️ UAE Driving License
✔️ Strong English & team leadership skills
