Role purpose:

To assist range planning and management of inventory at origin, region, department and subcategory levels to achieve or exceed the targets set by the business,

To assist the buyer in creating the master data & replenishment of the stocks. Creation of PO and to coordinate with the stores on stock related queries.

Key role accountabilities:

Regular monitoring of OTB -open to Buy -values by category and provide inputs to the buying team.

Ensure forward cover, stock turn, inventory value and aged stock value per business norms.

Recommend quantity details to the buying team regularly to ensure compliance to budgeted inventory values.

Regular monitoring of stock deviation by category from budgeted values.

Inventory Planning - utilizing internal replenishment systems tools and processes to ensure physical product movements are moved accurately according to the ‘promotional template.

Attend the Promotional Meetings; elevate unresolved supply planning issues; provide input and execute follow-up activities.

Key stores, Key Categories' Milestone achievement ( 3 to 5 stores per Planner).

Maintain min & max stock level at stores as defined by business.

Store's stock request.

Coordinate with the Buyers and Visual department to ensure the promotional plan (via promotional template) is followed in each store.

Assist with assortment planning and space management plans via the implementation of planograms into all stores.

Collaborate with the Buying and Inventory teams and relevant business leads to resolve out of stock or stock shortage situations.

Store visit and meeting with B&M Team.

Store interaction (Telecall).

Direct store delivery items' CIP - 50% of Invoices & should not have more than 10 days stock. Target stock updation, New products' order collation from stores, Customer Feedback / Knowledge sharing.

About you:

Education: Preferably have a BFA or related degree

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 2- 3 years in a similar role

Job-Specific Skills:

Must possess the ability to understand and act upon financial retail indicators such as sales, gross margin, inventory productivity, sell-through and turn
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and written
Must possess a strong aptitude for retail math
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; Pivot table are required
Flexible to work during off-business hours to support project deadlines when needed
