Job Details

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support.

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, suppliers, and employees professionally.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized.
Coordinate with different departments regarding visitors, deliveries, and appointments.
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and company documents.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
