Job Description
*Typing Center Executive required for a Typing Center in JVC, Dubai.*
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer applications and documentation, preparing and processing government and real-estate related applications, data entry, document verification, printing/scanning and maintaining accurate records.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance.
* Prepare, check and submit applications and documents.
* Perform accurate data entry and document typing.
* Handle Ejari and tenancy-related documentation.
* Assist with DEWA and other property-related applications.
* Maintain proper filing and records.
* Coordinate with customers and relevant government/service portals.
* Ensure applications and documents are complete and accurate before submission.
*Requirements:*
* Previous UAE typing center experience preferred.
* Ejari experience is an advantage.
* Good English communication skills.
* Good computer and MS Office knowledge.
* Fast and accurate typing.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to deal professionally with customers.
* Candidates with knowledge of *DLD, Ejari, DEWA, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP or other UAE government portals* will be preferred.
*Salary:* Depending on experience and knowledge.
*Employment Visa + Accommodation + Transportation allowance provided.*
