We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and energetic Personal Assistant to the CEO based in Dubai.
We are looking for someone who naturally thinks ahead, takes initiative and makes sure things are arranged before they need to be asked. You will support the CEO with both business and personal matters and.
The ideal candidate has lived and worked in Dubai for several years and knows how to get things done locally.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience as a PA or in a similar role
* Several years of living and working experience in Dubai
* Highly organised and able to plan ahead
* Proactive and naturally thinks several steps ahead
* Flexible and highly available, including outside standard working hours when needed
* Comfortable managing calendars, meetings, travel, hotels, reservations and other arrangements
* Able to receive and assist business guests and investors and make sure everything is properly arranged
* Comfortable assisting with both business, personal and occasional family-related matters
* Energetic, focused and solution-oriented
* Professional and well-presented
* Discreet, reliable and trustworthy
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong knowledge of Dubai and how things are arranged locally
* Able to handle last-minute changes calmly and independently
* Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
