Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our polyclinic. The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling phone calls, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and register patients in a polite and professional manner.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records and registration information.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle payments, invoices, and insurance-related documentation when required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
