Aurora MID FZCO is a globally integrated steel wholesaler and distribution company. We specialize in the supply of high-quality rolled steel products and stainless steel components that serve a wide array of industries including automotive, marine, energy, home appliances, construction, and heavy engineering.

We are currently seeking a well-presented, customer-focused Receptionist (Lady only) to be the first point of contact for our office. If you are friendly, organized, and fluent in English, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor logistics
• Assist in providing invoices, preparing RFQs and coordinate with all stakeholders
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors when required

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate availability is a plus
