Key Responsibilities
a) Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products/services
b) Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
c) Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
d) Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
e) Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems
f) Handle customer queries and objections professionally
g) Follow up with prospects to close deals
h) Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required
i) Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications
a) Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
b) Strong communication and persuasion skills

d) Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
e) Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
