Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Answer and manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and the team.
- Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain documents and client records.
- Coordinate and maintain the office operations, suppliers, and courier services.
Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
